I am Seo Beginner, my query is why we set the goal in Google analytic and whats it's benefit

 

Goal setting is the way to know about your landing page visited and visitor comes to your site and then fill the contact-us page / form or inquiry page .

 

Goal set in google analytics help us in three ways:

• Did the visitor search for something?
• Did they add it to their cart?
• Did they buy it?

With the help of goal we check that the target which we set is achieved or not.

 

If you are target very competitive keyword with high volume or you wont to see exact Result from google search engine hits on your web page then you should must create Google Analytic goal in analytic setting.
