    Hi Frnds

When we exchange links with other webmasters, we often found that many webmaster asks for LESS OBL sites.
So, can anyone tell me why we prefer less OBL sites? Is more OBL sites are harmful as a back link for SEO purpose?

Please give reply... if any expert know about it.

    Regards

I for one, don't believe OBL is a relevant metric. For proof, just take a stroll down Wikipedia. No shortage of outbound links, and no ranking problems whatsoever.

yes, some time they are because they look like totally spammy. and the pr juice(pagerank) divide in all links. so its not a good benefit for you for link exchange with that website.
