Why we get angry?

    the same reason as we have "love" deep in ourselves, just someting opposite to "angry"

    Getting upset and becoming angry is a part of human nature but how we handle things under tight situations is what that differentiates the loser from the winner. It's time we learned to live better and happier :D

    Expressing anger is healthy as long as it is done in an appropriate way. We have to allow ourselves to release anger to avoid carrying it around. Also in many cases anger isn't anger- but pain or frustration. It is also important to understand what you are angry at and deal with the situation that made you angry if you wish to truly get past it.
