You could find one muslim against the violence thing for every one for it, no doubt. Just as there are divisions in all religions.

It is just unfortunate that the Muslim religion was an era of tribes and war, and people fail to read it in the context of the times, and simply want to apply the principles of the day to modern times - which can't happen.

He wasn't insulting someone, a user, on the forum. Publish, historical, and fictional characters are fair game.

Well calling Mohammed a paedophile is not a personal attack since Mohammed is not registered here, however you calling someone an “asshole” is a personal attack you should be banned just by your own standards.

I find islam insulting to me because I’m an atheist, yet we allow hateful verses from the quaran to be posted, should I demand all muslims be banned or just anything that comes from the quaran?

But he only switched the hate directed to one set of people to another, then you moan but it’s ok when those verses are personal attacks against me? who are muslims the supreme beings?

Also there seems to be a new breed of bitchfest muslims who go around reporting anything un-islamic or even considered to be un-islamic, for example someone was reporting the thread which states Mohammed is a popular UK name, like WTF?
