Why not give me a chance to reply?

Your acting as if i need to be a member here?

I earn enough money to not visit here again in my life.

I suggest this forum pays more respect to its members!

And give members a chance to talk.

Its childish, the way threads are closed and things aren't allowed to be fixed like adults.

Whats next? A Ban? Another infraction for this?

If you don't need to visit, then don't. You'll follow the rules, or you'll get infractions. We post the rules. The stickies are there. As a member of the community, it's your responsibility to follow them. You chose not to. We don't have to wait around for responses from every member blatantly breaking the rules - with a forum of this size, that would take forever. So yes... be mature. When you join a community, familiarize yourself with all rules and policies, and don't whine about it when you're caught breaking them. Respect the rules and you won't have issues with the moderators. And yes - I chose to overlook the last infraction-worthy post here whining. You chose to do it again (because you again didn't read and follow the rules), so you get another infraction. See? The system works.
