I opened a premier paypal account the other day after only having a personal one prior. I needed a permier account to be able to sell some items online. Immediately after opening the account it was limited and I was told I needed to provide additional information about myself (veryify id, upload photo id, ssn, etc). So I did all of this correctly and sent in all the necessary information. Today I received an email saying my appeal had been denied with no explanation. So I called customer service and they also could not give me an explanation. I am 100% sure all my information was correct and I have no idea why they won't lift the limitation. Anyone have any ideas?
I think we're allowed to open 2 accounts: 1 personal and the other 1 either premier or business. Last year when my Paypal got limited, they requested a scanned copy of my ID which they didn't accept the first time because the image wasn't clear enough. Try calling the customer service once more because as per experience, there are agents out there that don't know what they're supposed to do.

Yes, somedays ago, I open the paypal and they limited immadiately when I verify this account. They ask for 4 doc to be upload. But, they just explain that there is a reguler security check. I think it so suck for their costumer. I don't upload any doc yet, since I'm really frustated with this payment processor.
If you're wondering WHY, I'll explain. Because you are using Entro as the VCC for verification, correct ? Anyhow, ENTRO is not acceptable with Paypal & Ebay. Use real credit card it is much better..
It is not allowed to open 2 paypal accounts for one person. If you want it, you have to use the other identity <like your mom or sister> and also use the other IP address.
