I wonder why this warez sites exist. Why can't they be tracked ??? I see many warez sites but what the webmaster really get from it ?
Advertising money, of course they're getting something in return I'm assuming they're pay for impression ones.. I can't imagine it not being against TOS for most ad campaigns..
They get money from "PREMIUM MEMBERSHIPS" and from "DONATIONS". When they run out of money and don't have enough money to pay for the hosting, they just inform their users, that if we didn't received donations our site will be down till we get some money ... (heard this from my friend, not sure about it)
The answer to this question is easy. Warez sites can gain large amounts of traffic much faster than most site, because they offer pirated products for free. Most Bit Torrent sites get millions of downloads each day, and as others have already said, you can make a bunch off advertising. People are also quick to link to your site and bookmark it, because they will come back to download more stuff. Owning a warez site would be great if it were not for the fact you could get shut down by the FBI.... Also, Donations are also useful. People will support warez sites, and you can make a lot from donations, especially if the site becomes popular. You may be able to make money from memberships, but you may also annoy people, since they may not want to pay, and they may simply use another warez site. But then again, it all depends. If you offer something other warez sites don't offer, people might be willing to pay a reasonable fee......
Even Many of us promote warez site ! So it exist ! I think some countries like Russia allows them ( Not Sure )
