I was wondering why every times my blog got visitors but no one click on ads and spending times to read just only 5minutes. Is there any reason to make them clicking?

    Because:
    - Visitors know these are ads.
    - Ads are not relevant to your site.
    - Ads placement is not right place.
    Sugg:
    1. Use large size for ads links.
    2. use same color for ads links and your site's links.

Because of your ad placement, and ad coloring. Why do you keep same ads, as you have text in your website, also place your ad exactly where visitors are reading the text.

that's because your ads are not visible enough for them to see it.
try using a colour that matches your blog/site

why dont you post your url then we can properly see what might be the problem rather than just speculating. Perhaps you are doing everything right!

It's possible that your content is not worthy to read for them. Try to search a topic that is related to your niche that most people searching it and start to discuss it in your site. People will tend to stay longer on your site because of reading your article now.

There are number of things that can happen.Probably the visitors are not finding your content useful, probably you did not blend your ads, probably you did not position your ads well etc.

As the others said, it's all in the placement.

However, there's also more to it than that as you still need good content in order to keep the visitors at your site. If the content is rubbish, they'll just hit the back button and won't even go looking for a link to more relevant stuff.

Adsense is the numbers game. If you have low CTR, your page is poorly optimized for adsense. In my experience, it doesn't really matter if your visitors know they are seeing ads or not...

Would help to have a little more info about your site. What type site is it? Also, you might want to check how relevant your ads are.
