Hello Experts, I have one question about lead conversion from my one IT industry based website. When i have monitored my website i saw that many visitors are bounce from contact page. Why?
This is basically the last thing the want to see before they leave or contact you. They have already browsed around the site and got what they wanted.
Hi Parmar4710, I'm not exactly sure what you have on your site, but it would likely have to do with either no direct response copywriting or from no opt-in to entice people to contact you or sign up for your list. If you are generating leads and they are bouncing, try adding a freebie for them to sign up onto your list. This is completed with a service like Aweber or Mailchimp to build a list through an opt-in form. The freebie can be anything in your industry that your customers may want to know about. On your contact page, write some direct response copy that entices them to write to you via the contact form. Maybe you offer a free review of something or want them to contact you for a quote on your products. Tell them about what you offer and ask them to fill out the form. That way you are telling them what to do next so they will take action. We also recommend to use your keywords in the content on your page if you need to also boost your rankings.
make it you contact page valuable. Contact information if you are from IT depart. use this format 1. Address detail of your company. 2. Support desk numbers and email. 3. sales contact information \ 4. create map on your contact page/ 5. Use some testimonial system on page.
