    What are you saying mate?
With that logic, is US responsible for every shit that that happens in Canada or Mexico?

Didn't notice that OP is from India... It's funny though that he probably doesn't care what happens in Myanmar but wants the whole world to get involved in Sri Lanka!! Judging from his another thread, he might be an LTTE sympathizer, or may be an escapist hiding in India, or may be just posing as an Indian to avoid detection, who knows?

I think you didn't go through my earlier post, it should give u a rough sketch on why the topic was started.
TN residents usually are some what supportive to the LTTE cause and there are political parties in TN which openly supported LTTE. One such politician was even jailed for 2 or 3 years. Just have a search on the name "Vaiko" you will get the necessary details.

Since, the topic ain't about Myanmar, my pen rests ;)

I somehow overlooked your post, I have to admit that I'm not well informed on LTTE-Sri Lanka-India matter, except for that LTTE is/was a terrorist organization responsible for some heinous crimes.
You present some interesting reads though.. May be I should work on History of all this.

And you are right, this isn't about Myanmar, it was my fault to bring it up here.. But then again, there isn't much to discuss here..

You got my general point then. We are not responsible for them, but as we share a border with them I'd be a helluva lot more supportive of our government paying heed to armed conflicts there than in Sri Lanka.
