    I think Twitter is bigger than any other social site out there. They have rap songs, commercials and a slew of over networks promoting them for free. I think they have over 20 Million users now.

    I just looked at the domain name age. I'm sure you are correct. All of the data I posted is taken from from a toolbar so don't quote it as fact. That makes more sense.

    It's okay. I had to look it up on Wikipedia myself. It's a pretty interesting story how the site got started. Originally it was just supposed to be making fun of people's pictures on a Harvard website. Who knew it would grow into something so huge?

    I think FB is better for keeping in touch with your friends and family, while Twitter is better for networking with strangers that share a common interest.

    Twitter is definitely better for marketing purposes. You can also make money with Twitter, I already use a few sites and am having good progress so far, better than MySpace, Facebook and others combined.

    Twitter and Facebook are not even close to the same thing, nor do they operate the same way.
    Twitter is NOT better than Facebook. It's a different animal all together.

    Twitter is a micro blurbing IM, with limited capabilities for networking and promotion.
    Facebook is a well organized Social Networking and Self Promotion platform.

    You are more likely to communicate with a potential business associate or client on Facebook. You are more likely to communicate with your little sister on Twitter.

    There is no comparison.
