Why twitter has PR 10 but facebook,google has PR 9?

    Hello,
    One question always comes to my mind, I think it comes to your mind too. I was wondering why twitter has PR 10 where Fackbook has PR 9 and Google itself is PR 9?!

    Hope I can see satisfactory answers.

    PR is based on backlinks.......and really has no value by itself.....
