Why this tracking problems?

I have lot of tracks lost in Azoogle. I promote some offers which my friends signup. Some of them get updated after they said the y have signed up and I can see the account balance in my account. But some of the leads are dropped.

I guess these networks drop leads randomly to meet their expenses

As odd as this may sounds, make sure to use the Azoogle jump urls. There have been a few times due to my own stupidy where I have not used them and have not been credited for many of my leads.

not a helpful answer, but 'it happens'. all these ad networks rely on methods that aren't perfect for tracking and i've had lost sales with everyone i've used. you have to stay on top of it (in cases you know it happened) and make sure the account manager fixes it.

i've had similar issues. good thing about azoogle is that they're very responsive and helpful - at least in my experience thus far...

Are you saying you showed money in your account then later Azoogleads took it away?

I believe he is saying when he has his friends sign-up for offers they are not showing up in his account.

ahh ok couple things off the top of my head maybe they have already done the offer or their ip is already registered for the offer? proxy? I am not sure exactly what the policy for az is for having friends test your offers.
