Why this site is loosing serp

I have been given a job to rank a website
this site isnt sandboxed
and was ranking by july 2010 on main age for few keywords
but since then its arnk has been falling down.

I have built lots of manual blog comments links and social bookmark links
I also tried angela links

all these links and pages got indexed in search engine but they never s backlinks?
Even forum signature links are not shown as backlink.


Now the problem is I have to rank this website or else i loose this job its nearly 3 months and no improvement ..

day before yesterday I was ranked for one the main keyword which i ws not targetingbut after few hours again I was lost in serps.

My new pages are not ranking nly old pages are ranking my pages get indexed.but they do not rank

This site is a dofollow forum.

please help me I dont want to loose this job.
I am building links ethically and with variations.


What should I do

 

check the duplicate content on your new pages and hidden text.
Submit your site at stimator.com.
Create content using keywords in bold text
use keywords in url of website new pages.
Bookmarking will help you a lot and do forum posting.
Check keyword competition and build backlinks according to.

 

I think you should care about ON site SEO if you are done off site properly

1. Make sure to make pages with keyword in the url
2. Optimize your tags
3. Optimize keywords with content
4. Make good directory structure

For off site

Submit articles to ezine for all main keywords and bookmark them and ping
Bookmark, ping and submit to rss every backlinks that you made.

Make facebook fan pages and twitter and keep busy your keywords and links.

all these are rss submited and pinged

this is all about information which is duplicate on many sites but all information is genuine.

And this is a forum which can not have seo urls
sometime back it was on main page for many keywords and then it came down
2 days back it again shoot up on the first page for the MAIN KEYWORD

but then it went down again
these keywords are not competitive
domain is not having keyword we are targeting

well someone else has already made facebook fan page for this url
not from our company
even on orkut.

I think onpage we are perfect
you may go thru the link
and offpage also we are working daily but I cant see any result
where ever we build backlinks those pages posts get indexed and crawled quickly but I dont know why we are not getting backlink benefit,
I request both of you to see the link and tell where We can improve.

I have created link wheel properties without adding my links but none of them get indexed
can you suggest some link wheel properties which i can create and are fast to get indexed in google.

 

don't provide others a free link and remove duplicate content, improve load time, focus on tags and off page.

I want to rank for other keywords

 

When I started out I used to use tools to create auto-content for blogs.
I paid a lot of $ for tools promising set and forget.
What I found was that my ranking for any site initially rose until I was getting lots of daily traffic but the more traffic I got, the more notice google took and then both ranking and traffic gradually fell until traffic all but dried up.
A second problem is that Google are domain registrars -so they can see who owns any domain as well as where it is hosted.
Once you have a site that gets flagged as creating lots of duplicate content on a server - both domain owner and server will be marked down.
So my suggestions are:
Make sure you have your own unique (not spun) content and page for each keyword you are going after
Check you have no duplicate content on your site - duplicating any page there is actually worse than having duplicate content from another site
Consider whether you might need to change domain owners or hosting accounts to ones Google haven't black-listed.

I have a (personal) blog with 101% duplicate content (cut paste)
and it rank well on google for a very competitive keywords.
but the domain name is keyword rich

and I dont use adsense on that blog
only amazon ads.

may be wordpress blogs are easy to rank

I still dont understand duplicate content concept
all news are duplicate most information is duplicate
and in forum it is DIfficult to manage duplicate content
checking each and every post for duplicate post is next to impossible.
but our moderator/admin work well in removing ANY content which is not related or even spam

probably drop a look at this forum mentioned above
we dont post anything, its our members who post.

Will be very pleased if you cld give some opinion on this domain
I just want to know diff wys to be no1 on google.

Your site will get penalized in search engines any time if you are using duplicate contents.

Duplicate contents are as you said earlier is a cut and paste of another site content. Even if you don't twist the words enough the search engine will still be able to track it. Use this site http://searchenginereports.net/articlecheck.aspx to check whether you are using duplicate content or not.

 

The site in question (forum) is my companies site which does not have any duplicate content and is no where on serps
and the site(s) BLOGS which I own myself has duplicate content and are doing good in serps in highly competitive niche and competitive keywords
without any off site seo zero link building

for the forum we are directed not to do any manipulation content wise or backlinks spamming

so the question is how to bring this forum in question high on serps.
backlinks i am building are not working
