Why this partiality by google?

i am wondering why google doesnt allow everyone the same oppurtunities with adsense.

They have this premium adsense for high traffic sites. I have seen one of the sites which have that premium feature.

Saw those sponsored links (right and bottom)? They are the google's premium adsense ads (I had mailed google abt this and its them who said it is a premium adsense site). Cool, eh?

If google had just allowed us to have such variety and flexibility we cud have designed the ads to be in tandem with the site design and not the site design to be in tandem to the ads.

What are your views?

 

I'm not sure why everyone should be treated equal. Its an incentive to pull in the big earners by offering them something others don't get.

This is common in every area. Those who can deliver the big bucks get the best treatment.

 

But we can deliver more that what we deliver now if we have that much flexiblity. That was my point.

 

I don't really think changing your ad style is going to give you huge traffic boosts... a marginally better CTR maybe, if you're lucky!

 

If memory serves me right, on the AdSense sign up page there was a mention of customized AdSense for sites with over 20 million page views per month. That would mean there is no partiality and all high traffic sites can get customized or premium services.

 

Its not abt traffic boost, but it certainly will increase CTR. Thus more revenye.
