Why this not happening?

    Some guy sends me spammy emails for his services i have reported that email as spam and forwarded that email to Moderator too for sending me spammy emails.

    That guy is still very active member do not know why he is not get banned for spamming??

    Help me to know this

    just put on your spam email list,.... each time you received from him that will automatic put on spam inbox, and you just need to delete it,.....

    That's probably the reason. Don;t forward the PM. Use the Report PM icon at the upper right when you read it. That way it'll go into the queue to be dealt with.
