why this happened?

    in msn i was ranked 7 for keyword xenadrine, and 1st for keyword xenadrine efx, i kept submitting my site to directories, and my rank for the word xenadrine is 30 but with a page that was only optimized and was enver submitted to directories.

    you know what I'd suggest, Search for your keyword, find the sites that are ahead of you, then just try to find out why they are ahead (keywords, content, etc..)

    Make the changes more efficient, maybe that will work

    Just looking at the on-page factors, my guess is the other sites have better linking strategies.
