[Why this ad] instead [Ads by Google]

    Did anyone notice [Why this ad] is showing with google ads in lot of sites like digitalpoint and other.
    Is this changing selective or for all publishers because I still see [Ads by Google] in my site.

    Google Has started doing that for some countries.
