It sounds like you are referring to the civil war in Iraq. I think you are confusing Muslims with power struggles for land. The vacuum the West created in Iraq will lead to it being divided up between Kurds, Shias and Sunnis. It has nothing to do with religion; only money and power.

They haven't bombed any planes to solve their issues with each other.

A select group of people used aeroplanes to cause damage to the US. That was in response to the imperialistic nature of the States - it just has to get involved in other countries to secure natural resources such as oil. Other people don't like this involvement. It is a form of violent protest in my eyes. Having a separate Muslim airline would solve none of the stated problems.

    Or am I wrong?

Yeah, that place was wonderful befor the US got there.
Umm, no. They won't get there by themselves, Muslim nations are not really progressive unless they get help from the outside
Yeah ... those guys are so innocent who are in there.

So, you're for fair trials for those accused of crimes.... unless the Bush Admin accuses them of a crime, then they're guilty by default?

I'm sure that there is some hardcore evidence that shouldn't go public. It's a tough situation. Sometimes we need to trust that the government knows those case at hand better. None of the guys at Guantanamo is innocent. There is evidence that all of them are active supporters of terror. That alone justifies a mandatory detention IMO. And btw, they are not being held for forever. Not without an upcoming trial.

Blogmaster, you really are talking a lot of shit here.

Iraq was doing ok without US interference. It wouldn't have been in that position if the US did not openly support Saddam during his reign (and his war with Iran), only to attack it and screw it up in the early 90s. Imposing heavy sanctions on the Iraqi people was really fair - that will help them to become more civilised and democratic!

Do you have any real basis for making such a statement? Or is this just more shit coming from you?

And as for Guantanamo Bay, you are saying trust the US government - because politicians are such an honest bunch. They have to hold on to this "hardcore evidence" as if it goes public, it will implicate George Bush, Dick Cheney, the CIA, Wall Street and a whole lot of other rich people / dirty organisations. Terrorism, the axis of evil, the arc of extremism, and all the other load of shit that Bush and his buddies has spouted is all propaganda to cover up what they are doing.

The US has got a terrible name in world politics now. And with the increasing momentum of Russia, China and India, it needs to be very careful. Better hold on to those hypocritical nukes - you may need them soon to leverage (read:threaten) support from your "allies".

    What evidence? Source!

So its guilty before proven innocent but yet you stated:

Which is it? You cant have it both ways.

Yet none of them guys ever got a trial, even the ones that were released.

Hahahha. hardcore evidence! Care to speculate what that may be? :D

No, it really isn't. You treat human beings like human beings. You give them human rights, and when you accuse them of something, you give them a fair trial. Apparently some will do anything to excuse disgusting behaviour and disregard for basic human rights to protect dirty politicians and presidents.

Then why haven't they been able to get fair trials? If they're just open and shut cases it should be no big deal right? Saying none of them are innocent? Boy... you sure are a believer of Innocent until proven guilty aren't you!

Sure glad blogmaster isn't sitting on a Jury against me!

Prosecutor: Judge, our undeniable evidence against these men is the testimony of some 18 year old soldier.

Soldier's Testimony: We busted into a house and there was 5 muslims crowded around a table. They were all reading the Quran!

Prosecuter: Yep. You heard it yourself Judge, they were all reading the Quran. They must support terrorists! You must find them guilty!

Some evidence would endanger national security if going public. But I like you dudes' conviction and efforts. I suggest some of you go on a pilgramage to a few Islam nations and teach them what democracy really is

I am as okay about it as you are (ref: Guantanamo Bay).

The Islamic countries do not violate human rights, they just can't tell you why people are being punished for fear of national security

Ahh ic. What you don't know won't hurt you. Or rather: you're ok with people being oppressed as long as it's not you. Very selfish attitude to have. Maybe we shouldn't have bothered entering WW2 either huh? We were not attacked by the Germans afterall

Were you talking about the soldiers you convict without trials, or the terrorists you claim are innocent until proven guilty?
