Why there is an error of request while creating Publisher Account

    When I was trying to create a new Publisher Account on CJ, after all the necessary fields and the confirmation code is given, CJ is displaying an error message saying
    "There is an error of request, The incident has been logged on, We aplogize fot the inconvenience"

    I would like to draw the attention of the CJ members to look after the matter.

    I am very desperate to create a PUBLISHER ACCOUNT on CJ.
    Plz help me.
