    Hi,

Can anyone share with me why some articles and press release have high google page rank?

I have submited one press release recently and it has pr4 at prlog. I never do anything for that press release. why is that so?

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply.

I notice that some press release submited are not free. Some are free. Any diffence. What do you suggest? If you anyone can share the good (paid press release) and free press release.

    I would appreciated.

Because it's linked to from the same (Press Release) website in various pages, and the site it self have a high PR that will be passed to newly released PR as well as the old ones based on the site inner linking structure :)

You release a statement on press release sites such as Technorati including a backlink to your site. People are likely to link to you if the press release is relevant, interesting or pertinent. Google thinks highly of this kind of approach, as it involves no manipulation of the search engines and relies on other people linking to you.
so that's why they canget good links as i see

But the problem is you need something of substance to talk about in the press release which must grab people's attention. This isn't always easy and depending on your niche, it could be virtually impossible.
so untless u have that resources, don't do that , maybe take u a lot of time

Those article directories and prrelase are already authority site so when you submit your article to them it would be easy to get pr.

Do you think it is good to submit the same press release to different prrelease?

Do you have a list of press release submission website?

These article websites have a high PR ranking because of the same reasons any other website has high PR rankings. Everyone wants to link to them and they have quality content on the site. Your site can do exactly what the article websites do.

this is why I use ezinearticles.com, hubpages, and squidoo.

if you target a keyword with a high level of competition on one of those sites and so some seo, especially with ezinearticles. You can get ranked on page 1 easy and within days.

if you target a medium or low competition keywords, your bound to get ranked on the top 3-4 results

it is just because pr of TLD's is high in these domains so these subpages get internal links to them which inhreases pr of that particular subpage.
