Why the pirated mp3 songs sites didnt get shut down ?

    I got question .... Why the pirated mp3 songs sites didnt get shut down ?

    are they hosted on some special servers or hiding their whois helps them

    Even I am also wondering why this type of behavior from cyber department. Google is also not serious about piracy.
