why the Mail() function in PHP doesn't deleiver to Hotmail ???

I think my question is clear. in addition, I want to know if there is any possible way to solve this issue with hotmail ( and maybe Yahoo as well) gmail is fine

 

It does, may be Hotmail or yahoo has blocked the IP from where you are trying to send the mail.

 

It could be blocked IP, but also check your server SPF (sender policy framework) and SenderID?

What are the headers of mail functioN? are them seted up? let us know your entire settings on the mail() page

 

Hotmail and yahoo's spam detection policy sometimes asks for domain keys from which you are sending emails. Generate a domain key, you will be able to send the emails to hotmail and yahoo.

 

I've tried to enable domain keys. It doesn't send mail to Yahoo users. Please help me,
