I think because I got started in this business, which has too much information to get started with. This business could be very confusing for newbies, due to the amount of information overload that there is out there. Those who get started and past the information overload bit and make money on a daily basis, are the lucky ones.
The big memorable thing in last year was Penguin update which played role of tornado in IM world. Every thing was going good but penguin destroy every thing.
Penguin was actually a very clever move. This gave new i marketers the opportunity to compete with long-term ones. I will probably get stoned to death for saying this but, as far as I can see the market has become less competitive for those who create good sites with original content and real backlinks and for those creating trashy sites well... life doesn't goes easy on them right now. On the other hand, many of our biggest affiliates felt the penguin punch really hard. Anyway... I have to agree there's a before and after "Penguin"
If I follow the exact title of the thread, last year was more memorable as I'm that bit nearer to achieving all my goals. It's so close I taste it.
