Why the image showing previous sites url

    When I insert an image on my blog and put mouse courser it shows previous sites url. But before insert the image I have edited the image with photoshop and saved another name. So why it is showing the previous sites url fro where I have collected the image?
    Is it copy paste? How I can remove this url?

    If you'll post here a screenshot it might tell us more.

    Did you check the HTML code of the image?

    Switch the post editor from WYSIWYG mode to HTML. Notice HTML tags beginning with "<img".
