Why the hell is DigitalPoint selling their webmaster email database?

Well, it has been a while since I received that spam e-mail.

I never received any spam to my address for over 6 years. Since that e-mail popped into my mailbox, from time-to-time spam message pop about. And I was wondering whether my e-mail address has been harvested by anyone.

So I get to blame the very first who could have possible harvested my e-mail address (and possibly yours too). It's the same person who registered on this forum as email4m and the same one who created that DELETED thread back then.

So why does not DigitalPoint give away the IP's (with dates and times) related to those incidents?
The IP used for the registration of the user email4m.
The e-mail used for verification of the user email4m.
The IP used for posting the DELETED thread.

Why don't they come back to them so hard that they will not even think of spamming again?
Do you think this person will think of spamming again?
Will the ISP's the spammers use, feel happy on tons of raged e-mails or even when they get black-listed?

With all means of respect to the people running DigitalPoint, I just can't get why don't they come up with an official response on such an important matter (their users contact information being intruded) or why don't they show some signs of rage as we, who have experienced the attack, feel.
