Why Symantec still indexed? 1 GIANT Affiliate Program

If Google is handing out penalties for buying links and being affiliate networks why is symantec still indexed, they participate in thousands of affiliate programs all over the web.

 

If they would have been removed from serps, they would surely sort things out to court

 

why cant we? oh yes the unlimited budjet. so its 1 rule for those who can afford it and the rest have to take it up the arse from google?

 

being indexed in google is a privilege, not a right.
no court is going to say you have this sites link on your site.

does google have a problem with companies having a affiliate program?

 

its the same as buying links, so why they still maintain serps when almost every symantec link has sponsor next to it or something along those lines

 

These questions make my mind boil. I cannot sleep now.
