I've just verified my paypal account through the credit card verification.
however, paypal only lifted the limitation to send my funds but my account is still restricted and i can't withdraw.

    Please help!!

You will have to upload docoments , otherwise you acount will remain limited. Do it as soon possible. In allthey ways, best way always is do contact direct paypal costumer support via telephopne, this is fastest solution available, but in your case, just upload , fax docoments like ...i'm not sure but as general, your national identity scan copy and your residencial proof scaned copy, thats all.

That's right. You have to upload your doc to proof your house address. When paypal limited my account last time, I not only have to upload my docs, I also have to explain in detail about the most recent 7 transactions I made.
So if you want you paypal account back, just do it.

You would need to comply with whatever PayPal requires of you. Upload the scan of your utility bill such as the bill of your credit card with your name/address on it that matches PayPal records.

If your identity card (national identity card & not school identity card), contains your residential address, it should suffice.

just expose your name and your address which should be the same with what you had registered with PayPal

    it shouldn't be a problem

Upload documents and give them a call again. Your account will be restored within 8-12hrs
