Why some offers does not get convert at all?

    Hello everyone, I am a very new affiliate and currently I am working with 3 affiliate networks.

    Initially, I have decided to promote only the cash incent offers. I am promoting all my offers on some really good, known and famous Get-Paid-To and Task sites. Now what I am wondering is even though visitors from these GPT and Task sites are completing the offers and submitting the proofs right, still I can't see conversions at all for some of the offers.

    Can anybody please explain why so and how can I sort this thing out? As for such offers my money go wasted on these GPTs and Task sites.

    So you are paying people to fill out offers and are wondering why you are not being pay for scamming the affiliates? Maybe they found a flaw in your scam.
