Why some members get banned?

    I just noticed some of the members in this community are banned. What might be the (common) reasons behind that?

    Note: Sorry for this dumb question, being I'm fairly new to the DP community.

    1. Making posts like this.
    2. Making posts in the wrong forum.
    3. Being jerks.
    4. Scamming.
    5. Not reading and following the rules.

    Understood. This can give some warning points to the user or will he be banned if he do like that?

    Can you please tell about the specific rules that are commonly violated?

    Some members sell things and they are not the authors of what they sell or they do not have the rights to (re) sell those things
