    Maybe it's your location.
    Do you have a privacy policy?
    Is your main site a 'free' host (blogger etc)?

    You can always email them and ask why you were rejected.

    did you submit the tax form ? I don't think you are from the EU and usually the companies based in UK and Canada usually don't accept the applications from other country people .I have also been rejected ...
