    Good day!

I have some deals with softgroups, and look like good guy. Why he was banned?

DP does not give out such info. If you want to know ask him.

I asked him the reason why he was banned and he doesn't even know how it happened. How can you abuse that type of feature anyway?

He'll be back in a week but I believe the forum gives him the reason when he tries to login or access the site.

    I asked him.
    He got the message

    "

You have been banned for the following reason:
    I-trader abuse.

Date the ban will be lifted: Dec 17th 2006, 8:00 am

    "

He put me to ask what type of abuse he did?! And how we could do an iTrade abuse anyway?!

Either gave someone itrader, positive or negative to someone who never participated in the deal. Someone complained and he was inside lockup for a week.
Stay alert everyone, including me. :eek

Sounds like a bogus ban, from an abuse of the complaint system here. Banning someone for itrade abuse without proof or reference to facts doesn't sound too fair.

Check his itrades, nothing but good comments - where is the abuse? http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=19302

Same with my dealings with him, nothing but good transactions.

I have him on MSN. He's been pretty good with me as well. Not sure how the itrader abuse thing works? I thought you could not give itrader to someone in a thread unless a comment was made by both the giver and the receiver? Is this how it goes or am I missing something?

I know softgroups from a long time, he is a good guy. But I may wanna know how this itrader abuse works? From what I could check in his itrader profile, there were trade n transactions happening and hence he obtained itraders for them. Am I missing something? :)

Most likely. Have you considered that the questionable itraders would be removed?
