Why so may bans?

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I believe this is the most relevant area.

There are tons of bans on this forum, and most of them are people with over 2,000 posts! It's crazy seeing these people that spend so much time and effort here are getting banned like crazy. I read the 7 day ban sticky and figured that was why, but one of the responses made me wonder..

He has 15,000+ posts and agreed with the thread, yet at this moment is banned. I'm just curious why so many people such as the person described above are banned..

    Thank you.

The rules have become kinda flexible of late... In the sense, there is no standard way to know what is right and what is not !!

He is banned for a reason and certainly not because of the said post. It is not crazy. If those with over 2000 posts do not value their time and effort and abuse the forum systems. They have to be banned. Most accumulated the 5/10 points and was banned for a certain period of time until the infraction points expired.

Serious offenders are given permanent bans. It hurts us more than you to see experienced and old members who have been with us for a long time banned especially permanently. But we have rules in place.
