Why so many URLs of a single domain in SERP

when I search efax at Google, I found several urls of efax.com in SERP's top position.

Is this because of Google site map?

Is this called "secondary result" or something different?

No. Those "sublinks" are because Google deem them to be an authority site for the term efax.

It has nothing with sitemap. It's normal under google algorithm.
