Why so many public ads?

I am setting up a new web site. It is basically 1 file (ASP) that is showing different information. In the first page, adsense is shown but when user clicks to see different information, it mostly shows public ads and very few times actually adsense. It is still the same file with the same keywords and same subject, what is happening?

The site is about cars, so it is hard to believe that there is not enough advertisers. The links are in form .asp?cat=123 but I don't think this is the trouble because some times it is showing the adsense all the time and all of sudden stops and goes to public service mode. It is the same file that just keep calling itself, so there is no change in the files.

Sometimes this cause by not properly optimized page... like no title, url, and lot of image with no description or alt. They are only some factor that cause this problem.

Did you at first put live test pages on the web without the keywords on it? If this is the case you have to wait till adsense updates your site info. I had this also a lot in the beginning.

Use the sandbox here at DP to see which ads should be showing. If there are plenty then I have found on a brand new site, if I keep going to the same page it shows PSA's. Once I start getting visitors from varying ip's the PSA's change to ads.

Maybe its a protection to stop people setting up a ring of clicks on secret pages.

    Cheers

Simply optimise ur page with the Keywords related to ur site.

    Use meta-tags for optimising.
