I enjoy naps because I am often tired from work but my naps are never "naps" because they last for hours instead of just 30 mins or so. I wish i could sleep for a short period of time but my body just knocks out cold and next thing i know, it's time for me to REALLY go to bed.
As we work in the night as usual we get sleep in the morning, its important to give rest to brain when ever it needs no problem is it night or day.
There are many opinions about sleeping in the day. However we need to sleep at the night and work at the day time
I dont ind sleeping the whol day during the day BUT it sucks when you dont see daylight and wake up to the night and missed the whole day if that makes sense lol
Because God make days for working and nights for sleeping. So if we run against the law of nature then definitely it has many side effects.
God has equally distributed working hours and resting hour we should follow them otherwise sleeping in day times leads to various health problems u may suffer with insomina in future. If u have tired just sleep for 10 or 15 minutes and fresh up your self u well just perfectly alright, but please don't make of habit of sleeping during daytime.
no not at all sleeping in day time is not harmful if you are tired or if you are not well then sleeping will act as a charger but making habbit of sleeping in the day time is not good.
Anywhere means? In a bus or train.. that way you will miss your stop and train would go to the last stop.
Actually sleeping during the day is good if done as a nap which means a 10 - 20 minutes steep but not more.
bad opinion if some one say like that, i think you can sleep anytime when you need it, only you to know when your body need a rest.
