why sites like this they don't get banned ??

i wonder how those sites that when you click on a link or anywhere on the screen there is a popup and they don't get banned or warning. Is it really allowed? Are they not "unrequested popup" just because you clicked anywhere to trigger them?

 

It totally against adsense TOS.
It will get banned when approach $100.

 

Yes it will probably be banned sooner or later, maybe when someone reports a violation, either an adword advertizer because they can see where the clicks come from, or a pissed off adsense publisher who restrain himself from doing such tricks, or by a random check when an adsense employee will have to review the site.

The funny thing is :

this site ( http://www.7catz.com/jess/ ) is the same idea and the same as old site ( http://www.7artz.com/JS/ ) , and its teh same owner !! i repoted to google about violation.

why this site keep violating adsense TOS and he is not banned ??

i use adwords, and as advertiser sites like this give me the feeling that someone is screwing me up!

i reported the old site to adsense about breaking TOS, nothing happend !!

seems like adsense have they dotn really care !!

 

Ahem .. IS anyone at Google reading this .. it actually does lead to unlawful activity. On the other hand imagine this scenario - google keeps showing ads but doesn't list this site in search and doesn't pay a penny for adsense!!

Win win for google and poor site owner thinks he would make aplenty with these ads and (sic) pix.

well .. i sent few reports for adsense, and the site is still showing adsense ads !!

seems no one care over there

 

ahaha they hid the "ads by Google" somehow by overlaping frames or something.

the site is violating all TOS !!
its hidding ads by google banner.
its showing porn content.
etc . etc. etc.

why google adsense is not banning the site yet ??

its almost 1 month since i posted this. i sent few compalins to google adsense regarding that site.

but ..

still .. ads are running !!

is that means its not again adsense TOS ?? or teh site have a special deal with adsense ?

anybody have explanation ?
