Why Sitemap is not indexing?

    I have submitted my sitemap in Webmaster tool and It has 378 web pages but only 47 pages has been indexed and other pages are not. I don't know why other pages are not indexed by google. Please view my site map and give suggestion. my site map url is http://www.tracknfieldgear.com/trackandfieldsitemap.php

    you must give webmaster xml site map or xml.gz , not necessarily you get all pages indexed.

    submit sitemap in root folder with the name sitemap.xml. You can see for example http://www.robogalaxy.com/sitemap.xml

    Submit your sitemap in root folder with name the sitemap.xml and then add the sitemap page in robot.txt file it is good for indexing your page for expamle

    Create xml sitemap and add it to Google webmaster tool. Before submitting sitemap in webmaster first of all upload it to your website root folder and then add. Your sitemap are not for Google robots but for users. You can create free of cost xml sitemaps and add to webmaster tool. After that your all URLs will indexed in Google.

    easyest way is to save all sitemap in txt file, just urls and send google in webmasters tools
