Why should I use Google+ over Facebook?

Some of my friends are convincing me to create an account in Google+ but I am not really into using a lot of social networking sites. Can you please tell me why should I use google+ instead of facebook?

 

You can use both.

Although, I believe facebook is on it's way out, much like myspace and other websites like it. Google+ is just more convenient for people who use google applications.

 

I use Facebook and Twitter right now, would it be a good idea to start a google plus page for my business?

 

I am using Facebook,Twitter and Google+ so all social networking sites helpful for me...

 

Number 1 reason is Google actually pays attention to the links form + ...it ignores FB signals completely. From an seo standpoint Google+ actually has some use other than to engage current customers

 

I think it would be a very good idea to set up a Google+ page for any business. It can even add a business logo aginst your search results on Google to make it stand out.

 

I think the best reason is gives you traffic from search engine.

 

You can use both social network. FB is popular social network, but Google + is the upcoming one. The popularity of Google + over facebook. You can create your own circle (friends, family, Acquaintances, Following) here. you can get a chance to connect more people. So beside FB you can use Google +. I think you you will be satisfied with it.

 

I you want to promote your business in social networking sites than G+ is best to generate traffic. Though, it’s a product of Google so obviously will get some benefits.

I have just set up a google+ business account and I believe it is more effective for business users trying reach out to a larger audience. I think Facebook is more of a personal social networking tool.

 

G+ buttons on your site is said to give trust and good SEO! So I use G+ for that purpose, but not otherwise - then Fb is my cup of coffe!

Definitely.I use both networks for my website G+ page and its contents appear higher than facebook on google search.

 

I'm having a difficult time adapting to google+ Everyone I know uses facebook, and there is really no need for me to use it personally (although I use just about every other Google product). If my friends were trying to convince me to join, I would though.

 

Use whichever has more friends (or more important friends) or both would be my advice.

 

I personally feel, FB is going down in popularity post the Timeline launch. FB needs to listen to people and their feedback while implementing huge changes.
Google plus has several advanatages like its linked closely to the G Search and all together the google tools act like a single sign on :0

Use both! I use facebook for friends and family, I use G+ for professional friends

No dout Google + include many good features but still am using facebook just like i use that in the past.
