I've seen a post like "Selling moneybookers 100$ for 110$ paypal " on Trade Category and I don't know why should I need this. I know that paypal isn't accept in some Countries, but how this could help someone?
This would help someone if they had cash in their moneybookers account but wanted to buy something from someone who only accepted PayPal. By offering to trade, someone who wants moneybookers and, perhaps has more in their paypal account than they need, may agree to trade with them. Though, according to wikipedia, moneybookers is not as secure as paypal - so caution would be advised in any exchange.
I understand now, but there are still countries that paypal not accept for sending?. I know that for receiving there are a lot.
