What benfit will I get from letting people post on my blog and what pluggins will i need to control the posting.
Comments give your readers power to express there opinion about your blog or blog post and help you create a community around your Blog, loyal readers...
Just because people let you know their suggestions and feedbacks on your posts. So you'll get proper report (feedback) of your posted information. DON.
One of the great things about blogging is the comments. At a basic level you know people are there and interested enough to comment, but you also meet people through their links and interesting comments, can form discussions, and can get valuable feedback (depending on the topic you're writing on). I agree about Akismet, it is fairly accurate at detecting spam and it comes installed already on Wordpress blogs - you just need to activate it.
It will help you to get ideas for your next blog post. You'll know wha is going on the heads of your readers. Do please use Akismet and consider only nofollow links in the comments, to prevent huge amounts of spam!
I think comments are inspiring to you as a blogger. If you are getting comments, you know that people are at least reading your stuff.
