<venting> SeoLinkExchange.com has a filtering system which users can take advantage of, which allows you to restrict incoming link requests if the requestor's PR is lower than you would like. So, if you don't want to accept anything under a PR4, you don't have to. The problem is, SeoLinkExchange never updates members' PR values. Just about every single site on their system is listed as a PR0. So filters are pointless. Problem is you have no idea what the filter is set at for a site until after you submit your whole "cart" of requests, and then they tell you "This site has a filter set up, blah blah" but they don't tell you which site, so you can't even go back and try to contact the site manually. </venting>
