Feedback why scammer get away and victim face the problem ?

Recently i have huge problem with mr Farhan, at least 6 lie he promise (this make me piss of) for same two project, can i give 6 negative i trader ? (btw there is another promise today in my gtalk), this should be number 7 lie.

btw why scammer get away but victim received all infraction ?
i received 7 infraction in this two day, whatever i post including, warning someone the scammer is there, offer 1000 reward (buy/sell can't offer reward ??), telling other member watch out scammer, say thanks to MOD who help me solving problem.

i think the scammer must have good relation with MOD or mod is helping him to scam in this forum ...

 

If you had two deals with this guy you can leave two iTraders, you can leave one iTrader per thread. (In the BST section) If you did a deal by PM or messenger, you can’t leave iTrader.

1. First of all, don't ever accuse mods here of being corrupt just because you entered into a bad business deal. In the future, you'll get a 2 point infraction for attacking members when you make unfounded accusations like that.

2. You may not leave multiple iTraders based on how many times you think someone lied to you. You may leave one iTrader per deal, as long as that deal stemmed from a thread that one of you started (even if the deal was ultimately carried out via PM, etc.

3. Your infractions over the last several days were given out by at least three different mods -- not one who's out to get you in defense of a scammer. You may not start threads to accuse people of being scammers. That's the rule. If you do it, you're breaking the rule, and you'll get an infraction. You may only leave feedback in appropriate places -- iTrader or in the deal thread itself. If there is no deal thread, then that's your own fault. Never do a deal without a thread if you want to leave feedback here. We will not allow potentially libelous remarks to be made in new threads designed solely to attack someone else. We do not get involved in private business disputes, and will not sort through the details of them to determine who is and isn't lying. It's just he said / she said crap, and it's between members and their payment processors.

You may not follow people around on this forum to repeatedly call them a scammer. You may not post harassing threads to try to get their address and other personal details from other members. You may not make general accusations about Pakistanis or other ethnic groups because you've had a bad experience with a member. Your posts broke the rules here. That's why you got infractions. It has absolutely nothing to do with the deal that took place.
