Why Reject my website always?

    My site is - www.teenhut.net

I am getting 3300+ page views and 700 uniques daily.

So, I thought of sigining up with CPM networks. I signed up with Valueclickmedia.com and interclick.com

They both rejected me in 1 day only saying they will review max in 2-3 days.

I also signed up with Casale Media, and now I guess he is going to reject me too.

Is it because of Teen Site?
There is a section named "Teen Sexuality" and some role playing games has games like something related to sex words and all, but it is not porn, just words!

Is that the reason I am getting rejected or maybe they cant find ads related to my site and reject me?

Will Pay per sale type of affiliates work with my website? It is a teen forum so it targets 14-20 aged people mostly I believe.
    Please help!

It can be very tough getting into some of these networks.

There are various reasons why many of the networks will not accept you.

Have you checked your alexa ranking? I know it's not accurate, but I think some of these networks look to alexa and compete to get an idea of how popular a website is. This is just probably one factor out of many.

    Alot of factors.

When I clicked your site I fully expected a porn site. That domain spells porn all over it if you ask me. I think the affiliate sites out there would look at this the same way and just wouldn't risk loosing an advertiser for something like this.

CPM networks generally dislike forum websites as they offer incredibly low click-through rates.

    This is probably the reason...
