Hi experts, I am asking this question regarding Google business listing reviews. We had around 70 reviews for our business Radvision Consultancy on Google local business but time to time some reviews are disappearing and right now there are only 50 reviews for our business. Can someone suggest me what are the reasons of disappearing Google business reviews ? Every reply would be appreciable ! You are not alone in this case. If you do a Google search you will see that many businesses have complained about the same thing. Reviews have suddenly disappeared. It should be mentioned that Google review, as many other services on the Internet, have guidelines. 1. If there was a URL in the review it will most likely be classed as spam and that can result in a removal. When you ask your customers to do a review, ask them not to include the URL as it can result in the review being flagged as spam. 2. If there is a phone number in the review, the review can also be classed as spam. So, no phone numbers in the reviews. 3. If the review is a duplicate of a review made elsewhere on the Internet, it could be removed as it's not unique. 4. If reviews are written from the same IP address, the spam filter could have been activated.
