Why "People reached" is too low on one of my pages?

    Hey.

    I got several pages. In one of my pages I have around 700 likes and I get 200-300 people reach per post. while the other I have 20k likes and I get around 1k reach per post.

    But in another page, I have around 2k likes but I get around 20 people reached only. Knowing that all the likes are organic and real and even big part of them is by Facebook paid ads for likes.

    So why in a page I can get 300 people reached for 700 likes and in the other 20 only for 2k likes? How can I improve the people reached or make my post show more on their time line?
