there are not too much NEW ways for linkbuilding. i also find myself stuck from time to time and dont know from where should i get my next links. and in the end i`m always getting back to basic - more of the same.
You can get many ways and it is depend upon how you get back links. You can use directory submission, link building, forums, article marketing & link wheel to get variety of back links.
The main thing is that you should be able to recognize which links are quality links.. I think those links from high pr, relevant sites, unique ip address, static pages, high domain age would be quality links, what do you think?
This is not true at all. The possibilities for link building are endless. You just need to be creative. Honestly? Most of the people posting on these boards are spinning their wheels, trying brute-force, spammy approaches like submitting duplicate content to low-quality article directories, spamming forums, or submitting to esoteric free-for-all web directories or social bookmarking sites that are overrun with spammers. Brainstorm. If you don't know how to think outside the box, I wrote a post a while back about working intelligently; you may find the creativity section helpful. Contrary to what some people say, creativity is something that can be cultivated.
There are a hundred different ways to build links....but the real trick is to find a way to get others to link to you automatically without you having to link to them first....it can be done..but it takes some serious thinking outside of the box.
You have to create very good articles or give something useful for free such as designs, templates, icons, themes, ebooks. It's a hard work.
People are looking for a new way build links because it is the fastest and best way to get higher traffic as well as improving your SERP rankings.
Yes, absolutely. But really...if you don't have something unique and valuable to offer, why are you in the business of websites? The successful webmasters are those who have passion, ideas, something worthwhile. They create something new. Here's a great example: one of my friends had an idea for a dynamic periodic table of the elements. Type in periodic table and it's the #2 hit. Why? Because it's something useful. He didn't create it because he wanted a high traffic site, and he didn't put a huge amount of time into marketing it, but because it's such a useful resource, the site has tons of links from all sorts of sites. Spend your time creating, not spamming! =)
I am still learning how to swim and more often than not end up horribly confused. I have been told to: Avoid PR as it can be more dangerous than helpful To look for targeted links from sites that accept anchor text To look for sites that have a purpose other than links To look for sites which are offering a service which is useful And besides everything else, to make myself useful So how does one judge whether a site is a quality site? Am I doing it right? I run a couple of blogs and rely on Akismet to filter out 99% of the inappropriate and time wasting comments I get. I also run a couple of links directories where in time I want to offer to review submissions from other web site owners. But this is slow tedious work and I sometimes wonder if it isn't a bit of a madhouse that I have ended up in.
If you have different ways then it is easy for you to create more backlinks, the more backlinks the better.
