    I personally like Yahoo's finance page. It's for whatever reason really appealing to me and I love their layout. The main yahoo.com page after they've made big changes I do not like nearly as much.
    People say change is good..... until it's not.

    If say seriously, then there is nothing great now in yahoo to use. Google left behind yahoo in emial, messaging, video calling, search engine, Adsense, social media, local searching etc. If people still using then they have use it from seo because yahoo is still a search engine. if people using email then they have some old stuff there.

    Other thing is Yahoo has still some its old users, who are using Email and other features, their emails are main emails so can't leave it...

    way back 2004 up to 2008 yahoo is the best in terms of messenger.. but in search engine.. GOOGLE still the best.
    why people love yahoo? simply because of the simplicity and user-friendly and thousands of people use to communicate..
    eye-catchy effects and images...

    I personally like yahoo as in a very busy lyf people have no time to read news and yahoo provides us with news of different kinds like politics ,bollywood,celebrities etc.Therefore yahoo updates us with the things happening around us.

    Yahoo is older, and habits die hard.

    I for one really hope that Yahoo pulls itself together and rebuilds to compete with Google.

    Bing too. Bing had some hope for a while, and seemed more promising than Yahoo, but for me at least, the search results I got from Bing are terrible.
