"Why People Are 'Raping' The Banks And A Personal 5 Figure Decision"

The 'simplest' decisions are often the most difficult, if you really think about it.

When most people need extra money, the first thing they think of is finding a 9-5, and they almost accept that circumstances and that other people will decide how they work and how they make their money.

What do 'rich beach bums' know that 9-5ers don't? It is that conventional thinking can be dangerous.

It is foolish to walk on one feet when everyone is walking with two, but when there is a smarter way and a faster way, then it's time to start thinking of how to do things opposite of what the crowd is doing.

What is the crowd doing? They are working a job, and waiting until they are 60-70 to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Most people spend their most physically fit years doing something they hate and serving a cause they really don't care about.

Most people don't ask: "Is there a better way?"

A while back, I had come to this point. I had just finished school, and there were months to go before I got drafted to serve my country for my compulsory national service term. There were two choices: I could look for a job, or sit back and be 'idle'.

My parents of course recommended that I look for a job. They were good at what they do (they are retired now), after all we have a great house now and live comfortably.

However, I asked myself: "What is the ideal lifestyle?"

This was the list I came up with:

    - Free time
    - Making money without my presence (having a system to work for you instead of you doing all the labor)
    - Being able to do whatever I want, whenever I want
    - Creating more time to create even more automated income streams

So, instead of looking for a job, I spent months studying the techniques of successful Internet entrepreneurs. Like any beginner, I suffered from an information overload. As a beginner, I wanted to study everything in case I missed out on anything important.

Soon, the money came and came. I hit 'the jackpot', so to speak. Now, these income streams work on autopilot and grow bigger everyday. They are viral money machines working 24/7.

Instead of working a job for 'a day's pay for a day's work', I wanted 'a week's pay for a day's work'. To do this, a person needs faster ideas. If I had chosen a part-time job, I wouldn't be making any money now. Once I leave the job, it stops paying me.

But now that I have built up these 'autopilot' streams, I make money even without working.

If you HATE your day job and want to find a way out, then never give up!

Raping is a strong word and I don't think it is appropriate here. Just remember that without the 9-5ers, you couldn't do what you do. There is nothing wrong with people who truly love what they do and work a job. It isn't all about making money, after all.

    Actually, rape

    7. to plunder (a place); despoil.

There ARE people who love what they do, but how many would quit the day job in the blink of an eye if you took away the government benefits and the social conditioning?

In widespread surveys, it is constantly shown that a large proportion of people are simply not happy with their jobs and just riding things out until retirement.

Many peoples are happy with a 9-5, some like it because they dont have responsability other then 9-5. As an entrepeneur, you have some responsability 24hr a day.

People don't like making money on the internet because it's complicated.
They try to "pay" their way out of the learning curve
I'm only 19. I have no kids, no job, & an on & off girlfriend, I go to college.
I barely have any distractions. So I can sit here and research for months until I get the concepts of internet marketing

Once you do that, the possibilities are endless

I think I made about 60 bucks in my first 4 months of internet marketing.

    I must say.

Even though Internet Marketing is less riskier than a regular business, it is just as difficult.

    Why?

Internet business requires you to write elegantly [or have someone do it for you], manage your time, manage multiple income streams, multiple traffic driving techniques, know html, concepts of internet marketing, know basic web-hosting concepts, think outside the box, find tools & services to manage tedious tasks & your business/automatic income streams can be scattered everywhere. There is also a lot of trial & error.

Internet Marketing is not for everyone

Could you show us some of your work that got you out of your 9-5 job?

Great post, repped. I love that concept of "faster ideas". We live in the age of velocity, so true.

    does it matter?
there are tons of ways to create autopilot income streams.

SEO and any website can be an automatic income stream to tell you the truth.
