Why people advertise on facebook and instagram to publish their Snapchat ?

I don' t get it .. why would people advertise on facebook and instagram to end up selling their products on snapchat ?
they are entirely different platform why not just to running their business and fb and instagram and keep it there ?
what speical and make snapchat better ?

 

I'm not sure that I understand your question correctly. But it seems to me that those people are housing their product on one platform and using marketing techniques to advertise in different places.

 

I think its one way for them to increase their campaign and gain more followers.

 

Maybe they know something about SnapChat you don't.

 

Anychance you could link an example of this? Although I don't use social media much I can't really think of a reason to do this other than vanity metrics.

 

Because when you sign up your snapchat account, people can't find you. If you post it on instagram or facebook then people will find you and add you.

 

There are lots of people who are using social media websites, so if you share interesting posts, lots of people may draw to your website.
